Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time shown at checkout.

All orders are processed within 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed, modified, or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.
  • To request a change or cancellation within 24 hours, please contact customer support immediately.
  • Cancelled orders can only be replaced with a new order if requested within 24 hours.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping charges are included in the product price.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.
  • KA JEWELS is not responsible for these charges, as they are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make an exchange or return?

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges.
  • If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please email customer support with clear images and order details for assistance.

Jewellery Care Instructions

  • Keep jewellery away from perfume, water, soap, and chemicals.
  • Store jewellery in a soft cloth or sealed polybag to maintain its shine and longevity.
  • Jewellery items are delicate—handle each piece with care.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  1. Your order enters the preparation stage.
  2. All items undergo strict quality control.
  3. Once your order is ready and billed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

After that, simply wait for your delivery. Estimated delivery times are available on our website.
